Pre-physician preparations

So I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow for a basic checkup, the first time I've done so in almost 3 years. In preparation for that, I'm printing off some articles, in order to TRY to head off some basic "fatty-fatty-boom-ba-latty" "advice".

I'm sure I could come up with more if I tried, but I think that these'll be enough to get my point across to the doctor. :-P
