Yes, everything is scientifically explainable. Not necessarily by known science, but considering that science is a constantly updating and evolving base of knowledge, that doesn't preclude currently unexplainable phenomena from EVER being explained by science. Personally, I believe that whatever Grand Unified Theory of physics finally turns out to be true will have to account for anti-entropic self-organization (life) and continuous non-objective data (mind). String theory and quantum mechanics in general are good predictors/models for describing the existence and behavior of particles at the atomic and subatomic level, but they're not yet reconciled with the behavior of particles at a macroscopic ("real world", visible) level.
