drewbearI truly loathe being sick.
For about the past week, I've been hacking and coughing badly enough to get headaches and chest aches. My dad was recently diagnosed with pnuemonia after showing similar symptoms, so I got to the doc as soon as I could. Luckily(?), this seems to just be a virus, so I got treatments for my symptoms and a school excuse note.
Which it turns out I needed; my Differential Equations class had a test this past Monday. After explaining my situation and showing the excuse note to the teacher, who's actually a pretty nice guy, we arranged for me to take a make-up this next Monday. But I feel sorta bad about getting the extra study time.
On an unrelated note, check out this site on How to tell if you're Texan. I have to agree with at least 95% of it.
