Oh my god, that was a good dinner:

Chicken breast tenderloins wrapped in a single layer of deli-sliced honey ham, pan fried in olive oil with fresh-chopped onions and spices (cumin, sage, marjoram, thyme, salt, black pepper), then topped with just a little shredded cheddar.
