Is anyone else just tired of the Six Flags old guy? ...Of course, I was tired of him 5 seconds after I first saw him, but you get my meaning.

My local news is running a report on "The Debunking of the Da Vinci Code!!" I weep for the stupidity that necessitated this.

I believe that this Carnival Cruise ad would be considered cross-promotion. And it's working. I want to go on a cruise so bad!

"Spring Break Shark Attack"? Is this a made-for-TV movie or a panicky newspaper headline? In any case, spring break never meant partying down to me; it meant taking more hours at work so I could afford food. Party-style Spring Break only happens for kids whose parents are paying for everything.

Is Robin Williams doing ALL the voices for Robots? Because it certainly sounds like it. And as much as I like him as the Genie in Aladdin, I don't want to be subjected to his "OMG teh funneh!" voices and only those voices for an entire movie.

As others have said, the Gladys Knight/English rugby commercial is stupid. It doesn't make much sense and fairly obviously shows the Miss Knight is hard up for cash.

Is... is 7-up really using a commercial that sorta compares 7-up to beer sold at basketball games?

The Travelocity Gnome bugs me. Someone needs to take a sledgehammer to his plaster ass.

I have to admit: I like the Beggin' Strips commercial with the Rorshach test. I think it's cute. "BAAAAACON!!"

Sounds like a KXAS story. Is it?

Debunking a fictional story? Who wooda thunk it?

Actually, it's KTVT (CBS). Not that it really matters much recently. All four stations run the same crap "hard-hitting news stories."

I was over watching KERA some docu about the next BIG quake that'll hit Cascadia (No CA - British Columbia) and Frontline (actually I'm listening and occasionally turning around to watch).

I may switch over @ 10:00 so I can fire off a "How Lame" email to the station.

Have you seen the "mega-tsunami" show that the Discovery Channel occasionally airs? Among other things, it talks about how mountain-slides and underwater earthquakes can cause tidal waves more than twice as tall as the WTC towers were. Very interesting.
