drewbearThe trees are migrating again. I know that they normally put down roots and stick around until mid-Spring, when they head back north, but the crazy weather we've been having must be confusing their systems. I mean, c'mon! Who expects to get rains of frogs and toads this early in the year?
Well, I'm not scheduled at work today, so I think I'm going to take my vehicle over to the mechanic's. Last night, while coming back from Dlls, I noticed that the glider wings had trouble extending and retracting, and that can be dangerous at take-offs and landings. Dunno how I'm going to pay for it, though; I pretty near the limit on my karma card, and I barely have enough luck on hand to buy a sandwich.
::sigh:: Such is life, I suppose. Which reminds me, I need to swing by Uncle Mortimer's grave sometime today. He wants me to keep him updated on how his investments are doing so he has a head start on the market when he re-incarnates. Uncle Mort really is a little pushy.
Well, I'm off to do laundry and run errands. I hope that the local teleport gate is running on schedule; there've been some really bad backups the past few days. Talk with y'all later!
