Oh dear Lord, truly thou hast heard my prayers!

The other apartment is fantastic! It has washer/dryer hookups, 2 full-size bedrooms, 2 full-size bathrooms, a fireplace, a wetbar, a private patio that overlooks a local conservation park, huge closets, and a FREAKIN' BREAKFAST NOOK!!!!

All these amenities, plus about 200 sq.ft more room, plus we can move in immediately, and only $620/month total!

I am sooooo there!

Thank you! As I said in a more recent post, the regular rate is something like $725, but because they have 3 units which they want filled ASAP, we get a reduced rate.

And congrats to you too for getting your new apartment! It's a nice feeling, isn't it? Like a fresh. new start.
