Jul. 29th, 2004 12:56 pmI just got off the phone with a SBC DSL customer service agent (I almost typed CSR, but that's too many acronyms in a row) and straightened out the situation with the high DSL bill. It turns out that the online rebate I got didn't get finalized until last week, so even though it applied to the June/July billing period, it didn't get posted until after the bill was mailed out. On the plus side, our total monthly phone/DSL bill is now $3 cheaper.
