1) Does all my bills include my student loans? If not, that would be pretty much the sole thing I'd do with the money.

I'd pay all your monthly bills, including your debt payments, but not the full debt. I assume/hope that your student loans total less than 50 grand, so what would you do with the rest?

1. I'd get surgery on my shoulder and back and get well in general.
2. I'd just like to get back in ballet shape again.

P.S. Jem and the Holograms was a 80s cartoon which had a theme song that repeatedly stated "Jem is outrageous! Truly, truly, truly outrageous!" Of course, we were supposed to identify with Jem and her buddies, but they were really, really whitebread bland. As near as I can tell, almost everyone who remembers the show preferred their rival band, The Misfits, who had much better music.

3&4) Keep in mind that the things you want to say don't have to be negative. It's just a "get it off your chest" kinda thing. If nothing else, this gives you an opportunity to think about it.
