Okay, that's a big ol' NO as to how DL dies. We just saw him survive a direct-strike blow without warning; he could easily have survived that.

I do like that we finally have an explanation for that whole Niki/Jessica/Gina mess, though.

Exactly. And besides, weren't DL & Jessica leaving the club when they were walking down those stairs? How did Shooty McShooterson get ahead of them?
