It's 7PM on December 3. It's 70 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The official high for the day was 90. We set a record high for the day. And it's supposed to be sub-freezing by Wednesday.


I hate this weather.

Oh, I don't mind the hot temps... in summer. But it's late fall, for crying out loud! It should be nippy, if not outright cold!

The schol near us that serves as a WeatherBug site registered 93°F.

Dammit!! It's December and we haven't even had a good solid <30°F freeze yet.

The "official" temperature from DFW was 89, but my local monitor clocked 90. And I so totally agree with the lack of freezing. The only problem is that, if the ground freezes before we get any precipitation, the water'll just roll off it instead of soaking in like we need. Not that we're going to get rain anytime soon, but still.

And thanks for the Recent Comments link. I've been using it ever since they started the server move, which is why I've mostly kept up with replies to my journal, but it doesn't show replies from other people's journals, which is annoying. :-(

Like I told the guy up-post, I don't mind heat when it's appropriate. The tail end of autumn is not an appropriate time, in my mind. X-(
