Pre-physician preparations

So I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow for a basic checkup, the first time I've done so in almost 3 years. In preparation for that, I'm printing off some articles, in order to TRY to head off some basic "fatty-fatty-boom-ba-latty" "advice".

So a friend of mine is quite the polyglot; he's fluent in English (obviously), is fluent or highly skilled in Spanish, Hebrew, German, Japanese, Russian and ASL and knows a smattering of Korean, Mandarin, Turkish, Basque and Georgian.
