Thoughts on age and marriage

Just found out that my cousin eloped with her long time boyfriend. On that side of the family, she's the first to get married, and it's kinda wierd. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad for her and hope that the two of them are happy for a long time, but it still makes me feel strange. I know that the early twenties are the most common age to get married, but it's so *strange* when people I know are doing it, and I can't really explain why. I guess it's because I don't think of myself as being any particular age (it's takes me a sec to remember how old I am), so when my age-peers are doing "grown-up" stuff like getting married, it throws me for a loop.
