Cleaning house

drewbearTime for a little spring summer cleaning. Specifically, cleaning up my bedroom.
I finished unpacking the living area boxes before the new roommate moved in, but I've had a couple of boxes in my bedroom just sitting in the corner, mocking me with their imaginary cardboard eyes. Well, I finally got tired of their insistent stares and decided to put them away. It turns out that these last few boxes were the ones I'd just dumped stuff into willy-nilly in my "gotta get the hell out of here" packing approach when we left the old apartment. Consequently, a good third to half of it was stuff I could and am going to throw out. As for the rest of it, the stuff's going to remain in boxes (although more efficiently packed now) until I can get some shelves for the bedroom to put it on. But there are definite feelings of accomplishment. :-)
