How odd.

My roommate was getting ready to make out a money order for his half of the rent and had to check the lease to remember the property's name. Well, when he did, he noticed that the rent indicated on the new, updated lease (rather than the one I signed back in January) has the rent at $570 instead of $620. Now don;t get me wrong, I'm glad if this is correct, but I find the unmentioned change confusing. Was it a mistake on their part? If so, can they revoke it? (I don't think so, by the way) Will we be able to get rent applied from the "overpayment" for May?

I'm going to come in and talk with them tomorrow during lunch.

umm - if its on the lease its binding. I wouldn't say a damn thing about it. If they ask you - show them their own lease. ;)
