Okay, so Boone died, as expected. At least he was able to use his dying words to incriminate/damn Locke. [/sarcasm][?]
The baby was *finally* born, but we've yet to learn his name. Also, although the infant they used was obviously older than a true newborn, I'm willing to forgive this since he was in the womb an extra month or two, after all.
Kate was actually interesting. I am deeply, deeply shocked.
Shannon has the worst timing, doesn't she. Tell your "big brother loves me and yes, in a Biblical way" secret only to find out that big bro died in yourarms tonight absence. Now to see what complexes this gives her. No doubt the raw stunning force of Sayid's sexiness will manage to break through.
Jack continues to frustrate me. I see him as a very hollow person. He's never proactive but merely and constantly reactive. As he has been presented to us, he has never done anything of significance without some outside force pushing/pulling him to it. Although the way the writers are trying to establish a Jack/Locke parallel with the "Don't tell me what I can't do!" cry is interesting.
Walt sizes up the competition in the "Most Significant Kid on the Island" contest.
Michael apparently dragged a cargo container from the beach to the caves while barely breaking a sweat. He did work construction, after all.
Y'know, I think that Jack!Daddy has actually received more airtime than Rose, the Token Mystical Black Person?
Sun's name appears to be symbolic in that she is turning out to be the light of reason shining down from above. It also ties in nicely to that cheesecake shot of her in the sunbeams at the pool in the last Sun/Jin-centric episode.
Charlie is so totally gonna beat the smackfarthing by the power of God and Babypocalypse, isn't he? He's gonna be the best surrogate daddy ever!
