Firstly, with Assothan and Victimia off the show, I felt it appropriate to switch TAR icons to Adam in true form.

Secondly, I didn't realize that there are only 2 episodes left. I wonder what CBS is going to show in this time slot once TAR ends?

Okay, when it's the middle of the night and you're in a strange, seemingly empty part of a foreign city, THEN it's okay to follow each other. Strength in numbers, and so forth.

God, those gardens are beautiful. I need to go to the Fort Worth Japanese Gardens sometime soon.

How strange... I wonder what was up with those taxis? If it was just one team I could attribute it to Transportation Karma, but everyone was having trouble.

Adam and Rebecca really did bring this Yielding upon themselves, didn't they. All I (and the other Racers) can hope is that it puts them far enough back that they don't catch up by the next bunching.

Okay, I would NOT be able to do this Roadblock. Heights are not my friends. But didn't Phil look kinda dorky wearing the rig?

Tai Chi is a beautiful exercise form. It really is.

"Kris and Jon are better players." This is true, Rebecca, but they're also likeable. That makes a difference.

OOOOOooooh It was rush hour earlier, I can understand the taxi trouble.

Are Adam's horns closer together than usual? Will they eventually merge into one SuperHorn and give him the appearance of a rhinocerous? Would he look more or less stupid? Does anyone really care?

Apparently horror movies are popular in Hollywood again. (A horror movie released at CHIRSTMAS?!) Too bad most of them are remakes of Japanese flicks.

"They should've Yielded us but... Freddy's ego." See? That's why I like Kris&Jon. They're good Racers, they're good to each other and everyone they meet, and they're not dumb about the other Racers' motivations.

I reiterate, Tai Chi is beautiful. Aww! The Masters look so happy!

I'm waiting for some taxi driver somewhere to get tired of waiting and just drive off with some Racers' luggage. A team I don't like, of course, but I think it would be interesting to watch. Why yes, I do have a sadistic streak, why do you ask?

I love this background music: kinda Chinese, kinda electronic. It's a good combo.

Yay! Kris&Jon aren't last! Boo! Adam&Rebecca aren't eliminated! Where's Godzilla when you need him? (Yes, I know that there's in Shanghai, not Tokyo, but Big G could make a trip to China for this.)

Isn't it telling that Kris&Jon are the only ones who weren't shown as melting down during the finale? And thankfully, it looks like we get a task that's actually puzzling.

Nobody got screwed, per se, but Rebecca mentioned that Adam had done 5 and she had only done 3, so she needed to do this one. Still, I like that the rule is actually (sorta) coming into play.

Ahhh. I figured that would come into play eventually. But she's only done three? Huh. I'd thought she'd done more than that, or at least more than Adam.
