lysariala and I dropped off the application forms after work today, and the woman essentially said that assuming we pass the credit check (no problem AT ALL), the apartment is ours! And because they're going to be closed on the 31st and 1st, we'd get the keys on the 29th or 30th, allowing us to move the big stuff straight from one apartment to the other.And a bonus that I didn't realize: the regular rate for this apartment is $725/month, but we'll keep the $620/month rate for as long as we stay here!
