Tropical Storm Ivan...
Sep. 23rd, 2004 08:54 am...is moving into Texas.


As you can see, there's a reasonable chance that it'll come close to Arlington, and considering that these things can have storm radii of 100 miles or more, it's a safe bet that we'll have hard rain of some sort, even if the worst of the storm stays away. The problem, of course, is that I have family in both Houston and San Antonio, which are both much more likely to be hit by the center of the storm. Crap.
The storms hit Florida on their way to Washington DC, and now one is trying to aim for Crawford, Texas! Does anyone else notice a pattern here?
