I. Hate. Allergies.
Locally, the weather has been mild enough to activate every single autumn-pollinator within a few days of each other. In addition, the air quality has been fluctuating between yellow and red pretty extremely. What this adds up to is massive fuckin' allergies. As I normally do, I brushed them off, assuming that I could ride through them for the couple of days it would take until things settled back down. Instead, today I woke up with a bone-dry mouth because I'd been mouth-breathing all night due to congestion. And as soon as I went outside, I was hit right between my sinuses with the full force of sickly atmosphere.
It's so bad that I found myself choking on my own spit. So I'm giving in and doping myself up in the hopes that I will survive the night without any more breathing problems.
