It seems that a federal court judge in Oklahoma ruled that the *extremely* popular "National Do Not Call List" being run by the Federal Trade Commision (FTC) is illegal. I have some *small* sympathy for the telemarketers, as I used to work for one (a low point in my life), but I whole-heartedly agree with the NDNCList. It's one of the most popular pieces of legislature *ever* and its purpose was the obvious intent of Congress when they wrote it into the supervision of the FTC.
But some judge got a bug up his ass and decided that he knows better than Congress. Grr.
