Eggy goodness

Cook a decent omelette.
Yes, yes, I know that this doesn't sound that important, but I've been trying to cook one of the buggers without undercooking or burning it for a while now. This morning I finally found the correct balance of heat, oil and time left in the pan and got a deliciously eggy breakfast. :-)
