The new "My LJ" interface is interesting. I like having my friends' birthdays listed right there, since I'm always afraid that I miss some. I'm pretty sure that I can skip the "Latest Friends page entries" section, since I use filters for everything anyway. The "Recent Comments" section is fairly useless since it strips the comments out of the posts' context.
Eh. I dunno if I'll use it much, but I guess it's nice that it's there.
