Sleep Apnea & CPAP
Jan. 23rd, 2005 05:27 pmI haven't felt comfortable with talking about this subject before, but I think I'm finally ready.
( CPAP )
I didn't want to talk about this before because I felt ashamed. I have some issues with control over my person and feelings of weakness. And being faced with evidence that my body is failing me due to no fault of my own (90% of sleep apnea is caused by genetic factors, and my dad has it) has me feeling weak. I know that it's unreasonable, but I feel better now that I have a feeling of control back via the CPAP machine.
