(no subject)

I auditioned for the radio play yesterday; I think I have a real good chance since I was one of the original cast during the first performance. Plus, if cast, I get right of first refusal on appearing in its sequel, "Cliff Proton and the Curiously Familiar Space Vikings from Dimension Q". I *really* want to be in that one, since I gave the concept and a couple of the scenes to the playwright.

If any of y'all not in Arlington would be interested in hearing it, a local college is going to play it on their radio station, which also streams online. I can find out details and post 'em later, if anyone wants.

In other news, I think that I'm gonna take a vacation this summer and go somewhere. I haven't finalized any plans (hell, I haven't started any), but I think it would be a good idea. Of course, now I have to figure out where I can actually afford to go.

This may be the gods way of saying "NO"...

I really want to try City of Heros (damn you, cuttercoon, damn you!), and I got some money for my birthday, so I went down to Fry's to get a Pentium 4 and some more RAM for my comp. Aaaand I found that not only is my CPU outdated, but so is my motherboard. A new motherboard & CPU would cost around $200-$250. I could put it on my credit card, but I'm trying to keep my balance down.
