(no subject)

Well, I did it. Last night I screwed up the courage and called him. Got his machine and left a message asking if he would like to catch a movie this weekend. No call back yet, which probably means that he isn't interested, but I still managed to ask!

And strangely, his non-response doesn't bother me. I'm trying to get into the frame of mind where I can handle the "many tries, few responses" reality of asking people out.

Plus, this way I don't have to freak out over the psuedo-date. Small steps, folks, small steps.
