Well, the first guy just left. He's a black man in his mid-thirties, just moved here from Ohio and currently/temporarily living with his mother ~120-130 miles (one way) from his job. He seems like a nice guy and fits my basic requirements of no smoking, no partying, no pets. He filled out an apartment application, which we left with the apartment manager. Hopefully we/he will find out whether or not he's approved by Monday. Of course, if he isn't, then I get to scramble even *more* deperately to find someone. Yay.
