Aw crap :(

I have thankfully inherited good teeth from my father and brush and floss them regularly, but I haven't actually had a dental exam since before I moved out here 2 years ago. And I think it's time I made one:

The past few days, I have this one spot on this one tooth that's EXTREMELY temperature sensitive. It's one of the front teeth (thankfully?) and I can't see any dark spots or discoloration, so I hope it's not a cavity, but I'm worried nonetheless.

::sigh::

At least it's not bad enough to ruin the holidays, though lord knows when I'll be able to get an appointment with a dentist. Any recommendations for good dentists, local friends?

So far all of my experiences with Raleigh Comprehensive & Cosmetic Dentistry have been positive.

119 N. Boylan Ave
Raleigh, NC 27603
919.828.3775 (press 1 after)

They have an office in Cameron Village, but I have not been to that one.

I'm sure there are plenty of good ones around, but I feel I got lucky on my first pick (based on past experiences). Although, they are closed until Jan 2.

Thanks for the referral; I'll check 'em out. It turns out my company is changing dental insurance starting on Jan 1, so I gotta go back and make sure I have the right info before going anywhere.
