Jericho 1.3: Four Horsemen

So Hawkins gets creepier and creepier. He has a rad suit ready and waiting, several giants tubs of SOMETHING in a u-store-it place and can recognize Mandarin Chinese from a few static-filled words. So totally CIA or black ops.

Heather (tomboy teacher) gets better and better, though I don't get why the guys won't talk to her about what happened in the mine if she's lived there for at least 3 years ("He was my friend too; I've known him 3 years").

Definitely looks like Emily isn't going to fall in LURVE with SuperJake now that her fiance is (likely) dead. Thank. God.

The guys totally killed Mr. Claustrophobic to keep him from panicking the rest of the mine, didn't they? EDIT: Okay, LET him die. Same diff.

So Dallas got nuked. Glad I moved away, then. :-P

IRS Lady is a hypochondriac AND a whiner. Lovely.

Yup. Skylar is definitely an incompetent bitch. The only food she could find was stale poptarts? And once her friends arrive to have an end of the world house party, she totally blows off Dale.

Dale, Dale, Dale, Dale, Dale... She's never going to love you for you except as a crutch for her weakness. Glad you came back to check on Gracie, though. AND you went to find the supply train. You are totally Dale, Boy Wonder.

Toldja that Gracie would regret giving away all the food. Though I would've reccomended smoking, salting or otherwise preserving some of that meat instead of just cooking all of it. And Gracie? Dale and Mrs. Green are the only two people who have shown that they're thinking about you at all. I'm afraid that you're gonna have to get used to it.

Mayor Dad suckerpunches people in his spare time? How... proactive of him.

SuperJake knows how to find and playback a flight blackbox? And he knows air traffic verbal shorthand? Okay, that's NOT something you could pick up in prison; he was totally in a military or black ops situation too. He and Hawkins didn't recognize each other though... maybe they were in competing outfits.

And Mystery Fiance's plane set down (relatively) safely. Alrighty, then. There's a story-arc in the making.

I could really do without the pop music playing over the end. It seemed really inappropriate.

So Hawkins is building a secret room? I guess paranoia is something they teach you as a "cop in St. Louis."
